In January, the Demographic Study presents an in-depth analysis of clubs composition and players characteristics in 31 top division leagues of UEFA member countries.
In August, the Annual Review highlights the latest trends in the big-5 leagues in terms of demography, training, international recruitment, mobility and pitch performance of footballers.
In February 2012, the CIES Football Observatory has published a study on football agents in the five biggest European markets: England, Italy, Spain, Germany and France.

The Demographic Study is an annual publication destined for anyone who wishes to acquire a detailed understanding of the European football players’ labour market. It presents the dynamics at work in the 31 most competitive top division leagues of UEFA member associations. Market trends are first measured at European level and are then analysed according to national championship. The last section focuses on record holding clubs for a wide array of indicators such as average age, number of non-European players, % of full internationals, etc.
